Hi I'm Sam and I'm the owner of Blonde Hair Salon. I have been hairdressing for over 15 years now and I still love it. I began my journey at JohnstonBrady where I did an apprenticeship but after a while I wanted freedom and became mobile after a short stint abroad. Opening the salon has given me freedom to work around my two children and also to be part of a team again. I wanted to create a salon atmosphere that is welcoming and fun to be in alongside listening to our clients needs and wants. I love hairdressing and cannot think of another job I would be doing; it's a real passion of mine. I specialise in hair extensions and hair up, but I do love it all.
Welcome to Team Blonde...
Hello everyone, I'm Lucy and here's a little bit about my background in hairdressing. I started working in a salon at 14 just at weekends where I started to understand all thats included in the training. I decided when I left school to take a apprenticeship at Johnston Brady, Nantwich it was a big salon with a high standard of training. I loved my time there and stayed for 10 years 2006-2016, I worked my way up and completed a few courses along the way, NVQ Level 3 hairdressing, Barbering and a management course. I became a Salon Manager there for my last 2 years, but after having my first little boy I was desperate for abit more flexibility and to work for myself. I then joined Blonde in Shavington where I can pick my days and hours to suit my family. I am so lucky I have a big clientele that have stayed so loyal after now 2 short breaks for maternity leave, they keep me busy and I love nothing more than making them happy and having a good catch up but also love to meet new clients. I enjoy all aspects of Hairdressing/Barbering and Hair up do's! Being there on someone's wedding day, or even for their prom hair is lovely.
Hey, I am Laura.
I have been at blonde for 2 years now working self employed along with my hairdressing assessor/tutor job which involves working with apprentices.
I enjoy both aspects of my job and have been a qualified hairdresser for 10 years.
I started out working part time in a salon before becoming an apprentice stylist where I worked my way up and have qualified in Level 2 and Level 3 Hair Hairdressing and Level 2 barbering. When completing all my qualifications, I took a year out to go travelling around New Zealand and Australia where I enjoyed every minute!
Following this I worked for a company called Johnson Brady in Nantwich, where I completed a Masters Colour Course in Goldwell and expanded my knowledge on all aspects of hairdressing and barbering which is where this has lead me today working for myself at Blonde.
Which there I have a lovely clientele and therefore being able to pass my skills and knowledge onto the apprentices I work with.
Hello to all old, current and new clients,I’m Haig, a 26 year old concert fanatic who’s Lady Gaga obsessed & has just become a homeowner
I am qualified in level 2&3 hairdressing as well as a GOLDWELL master colourist and also a qualified beauty works master extensionist.
I have had 10 years salon experience, I started off as a Saturday assistant for 2 years in a salon and during this time I did my A-levels at college in Art, Photography, Psychology and Sociology. After this I then went onto doing my Level 2 hairdressing for a further two years.
After this I then left that salon and went onto another salon where I did my GOLDWELL colour expert course and also my Level 3 whilst working on the shop floor and working my way up through the salon for 3 years until I was promoted to assistant manager and did this for a further 12 months.
After this I took on the huge jump and went self employed at blonde hair salon where I have now been based for over 2 years which is one of the biggest jumps and greatest jumps I ever did, where I formed new friendships and a pure love for what I do... HAIR!
I specialise in cutting, all aspects of colour including Balayage and have a massive love for extensions too!
I’m always wanting a good chin way, laugh and a good challenge with my skills!
Finally Being a stylist at blonde hair salon is so much more than what you could ask for we are a close knit family who always look after each other and try to make each and every single clients experience the most enjoyable it can possibly be and I always try my hardest to be there for my clients and help where I can whether that’s giving advice or working every possible hour I can to fit you in as my clients are all truly appreciated and seen as friends rather than just a customer and this is the bond that blonde hair salon has helped create 💕 #TeamBlonde
Hi I'm kirsten, I'm known as being the loud bubbly member of the team. I have been hairdressing for 13 years now, my inspiration for hair came from my mum she did mobile hairdressing to work around her children, so I often got to go along and help her, I loved it, so I knew its what I wanted to do. I did an apprenticeship then worked up to becoming a manager at Johnston Brady I was there for 9 years, but then moved to blonde to work for myself, having my little boy makes it easy for me to work what hours I can. I love cutting and colouring and having a good chat and catch up with my clients. I love my job.
Hi My name is Lucy, I'm 29 and live in Nantwich with my husband and my dog. I am due to be a first time mama in September! I have been hairdressing for 12 years and previously managed a salon in Nantwich where I was based for 8 years. I've always been super passionate about work and I will always try and take my client out of their comfort zone. I would say i specialise in balayage, blonde hair, creative colour, colour correction and cutting. I am self employed at Blonde and look forward to seeing old and new clients in the salon.
I'm Olivia, a 26 year old mum of 2 from Nantwich who is obsessed with hair. I've worked in salons since I was 14 and started an apprenticeship at 16. I worked in Salons in Nantwich until I had my boys which then took me down the mobile hairdressing route. I missed the salon buzz so decided to join Blonde where I now rent a chair. I'm based at Blonde on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and I love what I do, hair is my passion. My specialities are balayage, creative colouring, colour corrections and ladies cutting. All of my clients are like friends to me and I appreciate them so much.
