Salon Policies



At Blonde Hair Salon, we aim to provide every client with a relaxing, professional experience. To help appointments run smoothly for both our team and our clients, please take a moment to read our salon policies below.





Appointments



All appointments can be booked online through our booking system. If you are unsure what service to book, please contact the salon and a member of our team will be happy to help guide you.


For larger colour services or new clients, we may recommend booking a consultation first to ensure we allow enough time for your appointment.





Deposits



Some services may require a booking deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if sufficient notice is given when rescheduling.


Deposits will be deducted from the final cost of your appointment.





Cancellation & Rescheduling



We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.


Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.


Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged 100% of the service cost.


This policy allows us to offer appointment times to other clients who may be waiting.





Late Arrivals



If you arrive late for your appointment, we will always try our best to accommodate you. However, depending on the schedule we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.


Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy being applied.





Colour Services & Skin Testing



A skin test is required at least 48 hours before any colour appointment if you are a new client or have not had colour with us in the last 6 months.


Without a valid skin test we may not be able to carry out your colour service.





Adjustments



We want you to love your hair. If you feel any adjustments are needed, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment so we can arrange a suitable time to review.


Refunds are not offered on services, but we will always do our best to ensure you are happy with your result.





Children in the Salon



While we love seeing your little ones, for health and safety reasons we kindly ask that children who do not have an appointment are supervised at all times.





Product Purchases



Haircare and styling products purchased in salon can only be exchanged if unused and returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.


Electrical items must be returned unused and in original packaging.





Respect in the Salon



We pride ourselves on creating a friendly and welcoming environment for both clients and staff. Any abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards our team will not be tolerated.
