All clients who book a service with us will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of service booked if less than 24 hours notice of cancelled service is given. This will be paid to the stylist or beautician before being able to rebook their next service
Any client who fails to turn up to their appointment will be required to pay the full cost of the service before being able to rebook.
All online purchases are final and none refundable.
